Robert J. Drexler, Jr. leads the firm's Class Action Work Group. Bob has more than 25 years of litigation experience representing clients in wage and hour and consumer rights class actions and other complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. Previously, Bob was a Senior Associate with The Quisenberry Law Firm and served as head of its Class Action Team. During his time at The Quisenberry Law Firm, Robert oversaw and litigated more than twenty class actions in multi-million dollar settlements. Bob has extensive class litigation experience handling depositions, expert and damages discovery, preparing and arguing class certification motions, class notices, class settlement agreements and motions for approval of class settlements.

Bob received his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he served as Managing Editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review and received his undergraduate degree at The Ohio State University where he graduated cum laude with a major in finance. He is admitted to practice law in California and Ohio.

Robert is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles (CAALA), American Bar Association (ABA), Los Angeles County Bar Association. Robert is a highly regarded lecturer at class action and employment litigation seminars and has published articles in CAOC's Forum Magazine and the Daily Journal. Robert has been regularly selected by his peers as a Southern California Super Lawyer.
