Michael focuses his work at the firm on class actions, with an emphasis on representing plaintiffs in labor and employment litigation and consumer fraud matters. He has experience handling all phases of civil litigation from intake to resolution and was co-lead trial counsel on a number of cases prior to joining the firm. Michael brings extensive experience in labor and employment law, having worked on numerous cases involving FEHA discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour claims, both single plaintiff and class action.

Michael graduated from the University of California, Riverside, with degrees in Political Science and History before receiving his Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School. While in law school, Michael served as a law clerk at the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office and later at the Los Angeles Public Defender’s Office

Michael is admitted to practice before all California state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Michael is fluent in Armenian and is a member of the State Bar of California, Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) and the Armenian Bar Association
